LAB EQUIPMENT
Cold Storage
Store your samples and reagents at 4°, -20°, and -80°C in our fridges and freezers. A vapor phase cryogenic freezer is available for cell line storage.
Tissue Culture
Our dedicated tissue culture room contains an inverted microscope, the Countess digital cell counter, Thermo HeraSafe biosafety cabinets, and Thermo Heracell Vios incubators.
Centrifuges
Multiple tabletop options are available with a variety of adaptors and refrigeration capability. A Thermo Sorvall Lynx 6000 supports your superspeed centrifugation needs.
Bacterial Culture
Grow in plates or flasks with our static incubator and New Brunswick tabletop and floor model shaking incubators.
Thermocyclers
2 Eppendorf models run your traditional PCR reactions and a QuantStudio6 Pro is available for your RT-PCR needs.
Sterilization
Large and small sized dishwashers and autoclaves support cleaning and sterilization. A drying oven is also available.
Imagers
The EVOS M7000 fluorescence microscope and iBright 1500 gel imager take quality images for your presentations and publications.
General Equipment
A host of equipment is available to support your prep work including balances, pH meters, a PCR workstation, water baths, ultrapure water, and a Biotek plate washer.
Analytical
Spectrophotmeters, a Cytek Northern Lights flow cytometer, a Biotek Synergy H1 plate reader, and a Vanquish HPLC round out our advanced equipment.
