BioSpark Labs offers the laboratory space your company needs, with options to scale as your company grows. Additionally, we offer some of the only on-site cleanroom space in the area! Browse our options below, and contact us when you’re ready for a tour.
PRIVATE LABS
Bring your own equipment and outfit one of our perfectly sized BSL-2 labs exclusively for your company’s use. Each lab comes outfitted with a sink, eyewash, and mobile casework.

INDIVIDUAL BENCH
If you’re in the beginning stages, start with a 6 foot long bench in our BSL-2 co-working lab. There’s plenty of storage at the bench and an add-on private locker for additional space. Plus, get access to our state of the art laboratory equipment.
CLEANROOM
Our large ISO-8 cleanroom, with attached gowning room, offers plenty of space for your unique equipment and workflow.

OFFICE SPACE
Get a dedicated landing place outside of the lab that meets your needs. Select from one of our 150 square foot private offices or a 5 foot long workstation in our shared office.
